Pav Sriharan is an Investment Director in Schroders Capital’s European investment team. He contributes to the origination, assessment and execution of lower mid-market buyout and growth opportunities across funds and co-investments and holds portfolio management responsibilities for a number of key UK clients. Pav has over 15 years of experience across private markets and corporate strategy. Prior to his current role as an investor, he was part of Schroders’ Corporate Development and Strategy team, where he supported the firm’s broader private markets strategic initiatives and M&A activities. Earlier in his career, he worked at Standard & Poor’s, focusing on securitised credit analysis and risk assessment across illiquid and structured debt markets. Pav holds a BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Science from Cass Business School, London, and is a CFA® Charterholder.
