Jen joined TDC as Managing Director in 2025, heading up our London office.

In her role, Jen is responsible for spearheading the growth of our private equity business, building relationships with sponsors across the UK to help unlock deals across the mid-market.

With TDC opening its London office in 2025, Jen is also instrumental in growing our presence in the capital and establishing a wider team there.

As a qualified chartered accountant with over 20 years’ experience working in the financial services sector, Jen has predominantly worked across banking and leveraged finance roles throughout her career.

Jen has previously worked at RBS and Clydesdale, and joined TDC from Shawbrook, where she established and led the bank’s lower mid-market team for six years.

In her downtime, Jen enjoys spending time in the outdoors, whether it be in the mountains, skiing, playing tennis or running, while also finding time to sit down with a good book.
