Amber Hilkene leads Armira’s investor relations and fundraising activities across its
private equity and growth strategies in Europe. She is responsible for global
fundraising, investor engagement and the development of adjacent structures to
support the firm’s long term AUM growth.

Amber brings more than 20 years of experience working in private markets, with a
focus on capital formation, developing strategic investor partnerships and platform
expansion. Amber joined Armira in 2025 from SCP, where she was Chief Growth
Officer and a Partner.

Prior to this, Amber was a Partner at AnaCap, where she built and led the investor
relations function. Amber directed all fundraising processes across private equity,
credit and co-invest programmes. Earlier in her career, she spearheaded European
business development for The Gores Group.

Amber began her career at CIBC Oppenheimer in the Private Client Group, where
she focused on investment research and wider marketing activities.

Amber holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Law from California
State University, Northridge.
