Registration and networking
In addition to the dedicated registration and breakfast networking area, PE Live opens with two invitation-only breakfast roundtables, held off the record before the main programme begins. One tackles how deals are being structured to close entry pricing gaps, from earn-outs to deferred consideration. The other puts AI to work on target screening and tech due diligence, with prompt frameworks to take away afterwards. Places are limited and by invitation only.
